Appraise & Maintenance
A company's e-business strategy is constantly evolving and
should always be aligned with the company's corporate strategy.
As such, an install and forget mentality as regards e-business
is not advised. There are two categories of maintenance. One
is for ad hoc changes such as content, layout and minor tweaks
to functionality. The other is a major overhaul of the functionality.
In the case of the former, the extension will be build into
